Description
Day - 1
Welcome on 10 am at the hotel in Le Bleymard.
Hike near the Goulet and Qi gong, yoga.
From 5 am, pool-relaxation and sauna.
Day - 2
Trip to the château du Tournel. Wellness-program at the baths in
Bagnols-les-Bains.
Day - 3
Hiking and Qi Gong near the source of the river Lot. Initiation to
massage.
Day - 4
Full-day hike in the region of the Camisards. Qi gong.
