A big loop
around the Aigoual. This trail, over the continental divide between the
Mediterranean and the Atlantic, covers hot, arid, south-facing slopes, the
forest paths of the Aigoual and the steppes of the Causses.
This is the most southerly of all our trips, the one where the differences
in climate which you will meet are the most marked.

From Florac to Saint Enimie via Saint André de Valborgne, the Mont
Aigoual and the lake of Pises.
A bike trail combining the easy paths of the massif of the Aigoual and the
Causse Méjean, with more difficult trails in the valleys of the
Cévennes. Magnificent descents into the valleys and down from the summit
of the Aigoual.
